The Blue Heaven
Basketball Museum is an international shrine that preserves the
legacy of the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, one of collegiate
athletics’ most successful programs, and showcases the rich history and
great tradition that has entertained so many.
The Museum
will take you on a trip down memory lane. From 1911 to present day,
Carolina Basketball history is chronicled by authentic memorabilia
from UNC’s great teams, players and coaches. Historic photographs,
‘one of a kind’ collector’s items, and mementos from 85-plus years
of Tar Heels hoops form a lasting tribute to the ‘Boys in Blue.’
Items such
as jerseys, shoes, basketballs, trophies, nets, rings and other
exclusive mementos are on revolving exhibit from players, teams,

to the largest collection of Carolina Basketball memorabilia of
its kind, a library of books and periodicals are available, and
highlight videos can be viewed on screens throughout the Museum.
Admission to
The Blue Heaven Basketball Museum is $5.00 for ages 12 and up, $3.00
for children, and special incentives are available
